Gender equality provides substantial and enduring benefits to society and its stakeholders.  It is also good for business.  All organisations should have an embedded culture of gender equality and accompanying systems and structures in place that enhance and promote gender equality.

Gender, in work, family and other interests and responsibilities  should be irrelevant in modern society and systems, structures, practices, norms, expectations or biases that favour one or other gender, whether in work or personal interests, over the other, are flawed.
